Click versus Navigate on the Web

Using a Click action for web-based applications is not equivalent to using the Navigate action.

Click simply clicks on the associated button or link. Navigate clicks the button or link and then invokes the active Navigate Handler which synchronizes with the browser to ensure that the page load is complete before proceeding.

Navigate should always be used for clicking buttons or links in web-based applications when the click will result in a page re-load or the load of a new page.
