I created a custom report that may be of interest for some of you.
In a nutshell, it gathers defects only and fill a simple table.
If known Jira issues are associated with the test, an hyperlink is inserted in the table, this help determine if the fault is new.
This table can be copied to Confluence and look like this.
It uses Python as the scripting language.
