If you are unable to take a snapshot or receive an error during test execution that a Zombie client is detected, it is likely there is a table or dropdown with a very large number of rows/items. To resolve the problem, access your UA Server application profile. There are two configuration options that will reduce the size of the snapshot. If the page has a table with a large number of rows, set the value of Max Rows to a number that will truncate the size of the table in the snapshot but will still allow you to perform your tests. Likewise if the page has a dropdown with a large number of items, set the value of Max Items. You may have to experiment to determine the optimum value.
