According to Zeenyx support you can not tell whether a tab is enabled/present or not because there is no attribute available to tell that. The concept of enabled vs. disabled only exists for application controls.
As a workaround I click on every tab and check the IsSelected attribute. So I can determine if it is enabled and present.
